Father Paul D'Souza |Director

Leading the organization with compassion and love, Father Paul D’Souza is the director of Hayden Hall. An inspiration to many, he has impacted lives directly and also indirectly. A leader who is creating many leaders for the future, who would follow his footsteps of understanding what true service is and practicing it. Fr.Paul encourages, trusts and corrects his team with wisdom and compassion.

Cassian Dukpa |Administrator

A sincere man who has been working in the organisation for almost 27 years. Cassian Dukpa is a kind hearted and honest man who handles all the administrative work inside the office. Over his years of service, he wore different hats and fulfilled each responsibility earnestly and with utmost care.

Dipika Adhikari |Accountant

Dipika Adhikari brings positivity and courage in her work space.She has been in the finance department of Hayden Hall for 3 years. Honesty and compassion is her way of life which she reflects in her daily journey in the organisation. She is a doer and a thinker who encourages the people around her.

Sujata Lepcha |Educational and Vocational Guidance Lead

Sujata Lepcha has dedicated 20 years of her life to education and has been working in Hayden Hall in the education domain since 2016. She leads the teachers in learning and development and guides the children as a motivator. An enthusiast when it comes to working with children and compassionate in all that she does. Spreading Joy and cheer as she moves ahead in life, she wishes to devote her life in transforming the lives of children.

Sister Chunku |Mother and Child Healthcare Lead- Darjeeling

Sister Chunku is our in-house nurse and Mother and Child healthcare lead-Darjeeling. A joyful and selfless human who has worked across all districts of the hills and also in remote villages dedicating her life in the service of others. Sister Chunku heads the MCH domain and trains community development workers in Darjeeling and Kalimpong concerning health practices.

Binita Mothey |Mother and Child Healthcare Lead- Kalimpong

Binita Mothay works as the Mother and Child Healthcare Lead in Kalimpong and also as the community development co-ordinator in Kalimpong. She is an individual who is full of life, welcoming and a good communicator. She closely works with grass root level people and travels to the remotest of villages in and around the hills of Darjeeling and Kalimpong.

Helena Lepcha |Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Co-Lead

Always on the run Helena Lepcha, a super enthusiastc lady, co-runs the Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Domain with passion and hardwork. She supports women in their daily journey of empowering themselves and others.

Mary Jamuna Gurung |Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Co-Lead

Mary Jamuna Gurung has been working in the Livelihood and Entrepreneurship domain since 2009 . A good listener and a humble leader, she too supports the artisans in the livelihood domain

Virgil Vihan Sequeira |Fundraising Lead

Virgil Vihan Sequeira used to sing in local choirs and has toured 5 countries with singers of United Lands, representing Asia. He has composed for and conducted choirs and orchestras internationally, taught music and drama in private startups as well as established school settings, worked on musical projects like The Goodwill Song Project, Indian Choral Music Album Project and Ek: A Call for Equality Project has done a short film and some Freelance Music for Rimpocha Tea. He’s headed the Mumbai Unit of a National level Student’s Movement while studying Anthropology at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. His research work was rewarded with the Title of Young Sociologist of 2009 at Christ University Bangalore. His MBA Social Entrepreneurship from NMIMS, Mumbai realigned his career to the Development sector. He had been travelling between Mumbai and Kalimpong for his consultancy at Gandhi Ashram School since 2011. He now works as a Fundraising Lead at Hayden Hall, which he believes has allowed him to reach out to a very large and diverse groups of the community through a team that is deeply committed to the organization’s vision. He feels that the people of Hayden Hall are his family and says that there is a lot to learn and experiment with every day.

Prasanna Almah Rai |Communications Lead

Prasanna Almah Rai believes that every individual carries bundles of Joy within them and many are in the journey of understanding it. Having an education background of Development Management, she understands the complexities of human life and practices compassion in her work. She believes in reaching full potential for herself and encourages others to do so. She works as the commmunications lead and tries to bring in creativity in all that she does.

Adarsh Rai |Program Manager

Adarsh Rai is an explorer and learner who works as the Program Manager in Hayden Hall. He has a background in development management and believes in reaching full potential for himself and others. He is a hard working enthusiast who leads his team with grit,craetivity and compassion.
